INTRODUCTIONS ON WRITING REGULATIONS FOR THE MANAGING BOARDS OF SCHOOL CLUBS IN 2017- 2018

On the afternoon of September 7th and 8th, 2017, at the Lecture Hall 1.02, under the direction of the Standing Committee, the Secretariat of the Youth Union, the Student Union Office guided writing regulations for comrades in the managing boards of 17 affiliated clubs.
Comrade Pham Quy Trieu,The secretary of the Student Association, Deputy Chairman of the Youth Union Inspection Committee guided the program. In 2017 - 2018, the office has unified regulations in internal documents for the Union College, the Youth Union, Youth branches, associations and clubs. Based on the instructions of the Central Union, the Central Union Student of Viet Nam, the Department of Interior, the Department of Justice, it helped the heads of units actively stick to regulations and construct right documents on structures and forms. Deploying 20 different types of documents, Mr. Secretary Student Association focused on guidance on how to formulate plans, proposals, minutes of the meeting. These are commonly used documents helping the units to implement the tasks of the school year in the direction of Union College, Youth Union. The comrade also oriented writing, administrative language and context of each type of documents. Comrades attended with positive guidance discussion, posing questions and comments on uniform regulations and forms used internally.
