DEPLOYMENT OF 11TH NATIONAL YOUTH UNION CONFERENCE’S RESOLUTIONS, TERM 2017-2022

The Youth Union of Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy(TBUMP) organized 11th National Youth Union conference resolutions to implement Ho Chi Minh Youth Union’s programs and youths’ movement in 2017-2018 schoolyear, congratulating the success of 11th National Youth Union Congress, responding to Youth’s Month and celebrating 87th year of founding Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Excutive board of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of TBUMP and students from youth union classes attended the conference. Pham Tuan Dat, Vice Secreatary of TBUMP Youth Union, head of the Inspection Committee chaired the conference.
Deputy Secretary deployed the resolutions
The 11th National Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of 2017-2022 term was held from December 10th to December 13th 2017 with the action slogan, “Vietnamese Youth pioneers , bravert, unity, creativity, development”. In the conference, 151 comrades were elected to the Central Excutive Board of 11th Course. Mr. Le Quoc Phong was elected as the alternate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the 11th Congress. In the conference, 11 key targets were set “100% of officials, members and 80% of young people are educated, thoroughly disseminated, propaganda about the resolutions of the Party, the Union; Youth union members propose 5 million ideas and initiatives; Support 01 thousand creative projects of young people;… Besides, 07 tasks and solutions were proposed including: Renovation of educational content and methods; intensifying education on revolutionary ideals, ethics and cultural life for youths and children; Promote young people in the performance of political tasks of localities and units; Focusing on the implementation of three revolutionary movements: "Youth Volunteer", "Youth Creation", "Youth Assault for Protecting Homeland" in each target group, continue to maintain special movements.10 important projects set to execute in 2017-2022 term. One important point of the resolution was passing the full revised and supplemented text of the Charter of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union
The Vice-Secretary of the Youth Union underlined the Resolution of the 11th National Youth Union Congress in connection with the objectives and development direction of the Youth Union at all levels, especially important with TBUMP Youth Union in particular. Therefore, he asked all the members of the Youth Union and the class union heads to have a firm grasp on and good performance and wide dissemination to the members. This is the premise to apply in practice the program of action in the university youth.
