YOUTH UNION DELEGATION OF THAIBINH UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY ATTEND 17TH PROVINCIAL YOUTH UNION CONGRESS.

From 12^th to 14^th October, 2017, Mr. Trinh Thanh Vinh - Member of Thaibinh Provincial Youth Union Executive Board, Secretary of the Youth Union, President of the Student Union, leading the delegation of HoChiMinh Communist Youth Union of ThaiBinh University of Medicine and Pharmacy (TBUMP) attended 17^th Provincial Youth Union Congress tenure 2017 - 2022. The delegation actively discussed and contributed ideas during the sessions at the congress. At the discussions in the group, Mr. Trinh Thanh Vinh proposed solutions and ideas for strengthening the teaching of revolutionary ideals and lifestyles for the young in the new period.  Mr. Pham Tuan Dat, Deputy secretary of the Youth Union, presented his speech on the movements of creative union members, actively participating in scientific research and actively integrating with Industry 4.0 (the fourth industrial revolution). In the Congress election, Mr. Trinh Thanh Vinh was elected member of the Executive Committee of the 17th Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thaibinh province, tenure 2017 - 2022.
