To welcome new students to enter the University in 2018, from August 29, 2018 to August 31, 2018, the Youth Union Executive Committee of the University has directed the Heart of Enthusiasm Club to organize the "Helping students go to School" program to support new students in finishing application of admission. More than 50 volunteers participated in three days of supporting, finishing admission procedures, counseling about accommodation for nearly 1,000 new students. From the early morning of August 29th, volunteers were present at the school to organize assignments and specific tasks for each group. The team was divided into four groups: Group 1 was responsible for picking up the new students from the school gate to guide parking, Group 2 was in charge of finishing the application of admission in the 9-storey building lobby, Group 3 was in charge of tuition fees, Group 4 in coordination with the dormitory management board was in charge of counseling, introduction of accommodation for students. On the days of welcoming new students, even though the weather was not favorable, the volunteers were enthusiastic to guide students and their parents as well as answer questions during the admission process such as school policies, accommodation, homestays or dormitories, the process of living, studying, extracurricular activities. The enthusiasm of volunteers has received the trust and love, which made a good impression on many parents and new students. They have helped new students to be confident, prepared themselves to study and train to become medical staff in the future. Achieving good results and becoming a freshman of the University is a worthwhile response to the endless efforts of freshmen. A new school year has come, it is hoped that new students will always be full of enthusiasm, always strive to become good doctors and useful citizens. The Youth Union - Student Association will continue accompany and assist them to integrate quickly into the new learning environment.
