STUDENTS OF 5 GOOD MERITS FORUM

Ms.Nguyen Thi Hong -Deputy Secretary of  Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of TBUMP, head of clubs in TBUMP as well as the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of first and second year classes attended the forum. The purpose of the forum was to promote the 5 good merits movement through exchanging the standards suggested by Vietnamese Students’ Association, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thai Binh province, Vietnamese Students’ Association of TBUMP. Head of positive learning club, head of English speaking club, head of badminton club, head of enthusiasm hearts club, members of   the office clarified the standards that are required and priority for 5 good merits: good morality, good learning, good volunteer, good physique, good integration. Heads of clubs helped to guide as well as gave good advice based on personal experiences. Developing 5 merits is a noble target of the title. That encourages students to study harder, foster  morality, improve physique, develop integration skills and show enthusiasm to volunteer programs for society. It is required that each student has to work hard in each activity. To the first year students, building  studying plans and defining ideal strive are important tasks to do. Sharing difficulties and weaknesses that students commonly have, Heads of the clubs also encouraged the students and hoped that the movement could be spread out more widely and deeply. They also wanted the students attending the forum also help their friends achieve the 5 good merits award, January’s Star award in the following years at TBUMP.
