Attending the ceremony were Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, Vice Secretary of the Thai Binh Medical and Pharmaceutical University, leaders of the People's Committee of Hong Tien Commune, the Youth Union of the commune, teachers of the school board of Hong Tien Primary School, members of the Club of Enthusiastic Hearts and nearly 400 pupils of the school.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, deputy secretary of the University Youth Union delivered the opening speech. She expressed her sincere thanks to the leaders of the Commune People's Committee, the teachers of Hong Tien Primary School for their assistance and support for the Club of Enthusiastic Hearts to organize the gift giving program for students in difficult circumstances and with good academic records. She emphasized that caring and giving gifts to children creates encouragement for them to try hard to overcome difficulties and obey their teachers and parents. They are the green germs for the country, the young generation who need education and orientation to have good morality, good learning and training. In the future, they would build and develop the country richly and strongly. The Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union acknowledged the collective efforts of the Club for their organization of many meaningful volunteer activities to raise funds for the program. She also thanked the sponsors and wanted the Club of Enthusiastic Hearts to receive more supports from sponsors and co-ordination units.

On behalf of the School Board, Ms. Vu Thi Vui would like to thank the University Union, Student Association, Enthusiastic Heart Club members for their great affection and giving gifts to poor pupils at the unit. On the occasion of the new school year of 2017 - 2018, the caring is the great encouragement so that they have more motivation, try to rise in training and studying. With the mission of education and training, the staff of the school would actively take care of many students in difficult circumstances, to help them confidently strive in learning. The principal also expressed her wish that in the coming time the school would always receive the support of the University Youth Union and the Student Association in the activities to help students, organize summer foreign language courses, culture, arts, sport and exchange programs on big holidays.
At the program, the Organizing Board awarded 60 scholarship prizes worth 9 million VND to disadvantaged students. The club members organized music activities and exchange with the children attending.
