Mr. Vinh He stressed that freshmen should make great efforts in university by learning and studying hard  and that as studying was is the top political task, so that after graduation students they will have good profession and become and active health care workers to who take care of the health of the community. In addition, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Students' Association of the University also create a diverse environment to provide students with opportunities to exchange creative learning, participate in scientific research, and engage in building a spirit of enthusiasm of young people in the implementation of volunteer activities for the socety and community. Accompanying with the development of the University, the Association has been growing stronger, fulfilling the tasks assigned by the Party Committee, the Board of Management, the Central Committee of the Union, the Central Association of Vietnam Students and have been highly appreciated by the leaders of the Central Union, Central Vietnam Student Association, ThaiBinh Provincial Youth Union. With 17 affiliated clubs, 82 Youth Union branchess, 07 contents oriented of student and youth contents work, focusing on the 5-good students movement; , Student Movement of creative scientific research, student volunteer movement for a better community life. The President of the Students' Union wisheds students that studying in ThaiBinh University of Medicine and Pharmacy. would help new students improve their professional knowledge and have contributions to the communityy and society , and equip themselves students with the social skills to be “5 good students”.
