DISCUSSION ON PRESENTATION SKILLS AND PROGRAMME PLANNING SKILLS

Ms. Le Thi Thu Nhung and Ms.Nguyen Thi Linh, the School's Union contributed to guide the talk. Presentation skill is one of the most essential social skills for every student this time. The purpose is to help you raise your own firm stuff, confidence in front of the crowd and your active ability of presenting any academic topic or your desire to the community. The organizers did introduce and orient basic steps to prepare for a meaningful presentation to everyone.
The combination among defining main goals, types of listeners, crucial contents and targeted message would help the presenters to bring much helpful and interesting information to audience.  The notes about speaking time, body language, vivid stories and good sense of humor from the speakers are magical substances to make audience stick to speeches, avoid insipidity and loss of interaction.
To the chairmen of any unit, programme planning skills have a huge part in building necessary experiences. Keeping the effervescence of studying movements of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Vietnamese Students’ Association of  TBUMP in the school requires the Executive Board should have a good skill at carrying out outside-school activities, art activities and sport ones. A programme is called perfect when there is a good preparation for planning, setting, financial issues and connection among the organizers.
The Secretary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Vietnamese Students’ Association of TBUMP needs to have a general overview, applying and developing members’ strong points, building up solidarity over the class. Therefore, we can probably call for the belief and support from unionists and members; spread and appeal to students for participating in movements held by the Youth Union and the Students’ Association of the school.
